I've been away for some time, mostly because I felt the blog wasn't serving its purpose any longer as I moved back to Finland. On the other hand, I suppose I could change the name of the blog and give it another go ;)
So here we are.
I left Malmö in the beginning of June, then I spent wonderful 5 weeks in Luzern, Switzerland and after that I came to Finland to spend some time with my family. In the end of August my mum and I drove to Malmö to get my stuff, clean the place and get out. That trip went rather smoothly and we even managed to visit Copenhagen (I loved that city!). And now I've been in Finland for almost 2 months and I'm making plans to (hopefully) leave again for a little while. But we'll see how those plans work out so I'll get back to that later this year.
The funny thing is that I've never actually understood these people who have the enormous urge to get out of Finland as soon and as often as possible, these people who always talk about travelling and they are constantly checking out places and tickets and they just dream the days away. And I refuse to believe that I fit into this category but somehow it does seems that I don't manage to stay in one place for very long. Do I have problems with commitment? Do I get bored easily? I don't know.
All I know that I went to...
* Switzerland for 3,5 months (2009)
* Finland 2 weeks
* Switzerland 3,5 months (2010)
* Finland 4 months
* Sweden 4 months
* Finland 1 month
* Sweden 6 months (2011)
* Switzerland 5 weeks
* Finland 1 month
* Sweden 2 weeks
* Finland 2 months and going
* ...
And after that I'd like to study in Helsinki but also Scotland sounds good. I would love to return to Edinburgh for example. And in the future I'd like to live in NYC or London for a short while and Canada could be interesting as well. But hey, we'll see where the life takes me. All I know, I might end up dead next week and all the plans are for nothing :)
