Killer cook

It is well-known fact that I am not much of a cook. Despite that until now I have been able to keep myself alive with the few recipes I have learnt from others over the years. But it is still more likely that I will eat my veggies raw than cooked. But for the sake of Saturday I decided to try my hand on cooking again. Something easy, something fast.

Well, for the past few days I have had some cress growing on the kitchen counter and today I finally decided to use it before it ends up being too bitter. So I boiled some eggs, cut the cress and mixed it with mayo and mustard seeds. Actually it was a quite tasty filling for my sandwich although not as good as the one I tasted in Luzern. However, my stomach disagreed and let's just say that it got returned rather quickly.

So this day hasn't been the most enjoyable but I have been resting and hopefully I am back in full energy tomorrow. Unfortunately this incident reminds me of the stomach flu I had in Luzern about the same time last year. Well, I haven't eaten uncooked mozzarella or rucola since and now I can add eggs on the list.
